Our responsibility is to ensure legality, verification, and protection of the process. We assess whether cooperation is possible, whether all parties are prepared to comply with the rules, and whether the basic legal and ethical requirements have been met.
We do not provide workforce at any cost, nor do we participate in informal arrangements. We do not make decisions on visa issuance, we do not represent embassies, and we do not assume the role of state institutions.
We do not deal with remedying high-risk situations — our focus is on preventing them.
